VitaSpan Care provides medical navigation, coordination, escort and interpretation services. We are not a hospital or medical provider. This policy explains how our booking deposit is refunded, and how fees charged directly by medical institutions are handled.VitaSpan Care 提供醫療導航、協調、陪同與翻譯服務,並非醫院或醫療服務提供者。本政策說明我們的預約金退款方式,以及由醫療機構直接收取之費用的處理方式。
A booking deposit secures your consultation, dates, English-speaking escort and pre-trip planning. It is credited toward your chosen programme.預約金用於鎖定您的諮詢、日期、英語陪同及行前規劃,並可抵扣您所選項目的費用。
The booking deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. To request a refund, contact us at vitaspancare@gmail.com or via WhatsApp before the 72-hour window. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.若您於預約時間至少 72 小時前取消,預約金可全額退款。如需退款,請於 72 小時期限前透過 vitaspancare@gmail.com 或 WhatsApp 與我們聯繫。退款將退回您的原付款方式。
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a deposit refund, as coordination and reservations will already have been made on your behalf.於預約時間 72 小時內提出的取消,可能無法退還預約金,因為屆時我們已為您完成協調與預約安排。
Health screening fees, regenerative session fees, and all other clinical charges are paid by you directly to the medical institution (for example, the screening centre or a qualifying Lecheng institution) at its official rate. VitaSpan Care does not collect these fees.健康體檢費用、再生體驗費用及所有其他臨床費用,均由您直接支付予醫療機構(例如檢測中心或樂城具資質機構),並按其官方價格計算。VitaSpan Care 不收取這些費用。
Because these fees are charged directly by the institution, any refund, rescheduling or cancellation of programme and treatment fees is subject to the rules of that institution. We will help you communicate and coordinate with the institution where possible, but the final decision rests with the institution.由於這些費用由機構直接收取,項目與治療費用的退款、改期或取消均依該機構的規則辦理。我們將盡力協助您與機構溝通協調,但最終決定權屬於該機構。
Programme contents and eligibility are assessed by the treating institution. If the institution determines that a programme is not suitable for you, we will work with you to adjust the plan or refund the booking deposit.項目內容與適用資格由治療機構評估。若機構判定某項目不適合您,我們將協助您調整方案,或退還預約金。
